Actor-turned-cannabis-entrepreneur Jim Belushi is making his way to Reno, Nevada, for a meet and greet this coming weekend.
On Sunday, Belushi will celebrate his new partnership with Jade Cannabis Co. by making a special in-store appearance at their shop in Midtown Reno.
From 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, adults over 21 can visit Jade at 1085 S. Virginia Street, Suite A and meet Belushi, who will be taking photos with fans and signing posters.
Belushi, best known for his roles on Saturday Night Live and According to Jim, will also be showcasing his newest cannabis products.
Belushi has been growing cannabis at his Southern Oregon Farm since 2015 and produces brands like The Blues Brothers, Captain Jacks, and Jim’s Secret Stash.
“Every time I cultivate the land, I get pulled into the medicine and the joy of this work,” says Belushi in a press release. “I’m pleased to announce Belushi’s Farm debut in Nevada though our partnership with Jade Cannabis Co.”
The Sunday event is free, and there will be onsite parking.
Jade will also be sponsoring rides to the event through Pineapple Pedicabs.
In addition to Belushi’s in-store appearance, the event will feature a live painting exhibition, art car entertainment, food truck, and raffle prize packages.
