Like chocolate and peanut butter, Medicinal Mike’s WrestleSesh has melded cannabis and wrestling together like no other.

It’s a match made in Heaven.

WrestleSesh has been around since 2014, when Mike first had the idea to mix the two recreational activities in the squared circle.

After a hiatus, WrestleSesh recently stepped back into the smoky ring for high-flying action, once again, in Southern California.

On Saturday, April 15, WrestleSesh landed at Kushstock in Adelanto, much to the delight of attendees.

Matches drew large crowds and provided dynamic entertainment for the festival attendees throughout the day.

The day’s wrestler lineup included Chris Disney, Captain Party Guy Cool, Jack Talos, and others.

In addition to wrestling professionally, Talos played The Undertaker on the recent Peacock series, Young Rock.

The Kushstock event brought an afternoon of cannabis-themed brawls, with Jack Talos winning the title in a Last Blunt Standing match.

Keeping its momentum, WrestleSesh descended on Los Angeles for another event on Saturday, April 22.

Several wrestlers from the previous week’s event returned for the evening, including Talos, who defended his title against Anthony Idol.

Talos retained the title belt when the match ended in a count-out.

Saturday’s WrestleSesh featured cannabis-themed matches, like the previous week, but with a few new categories.

The ever-changing match rules are part of the fun at WrestleSesh; they keep things interesting.

In addition to using blunts and joints, some of Saturday’s matches included high-powered smoking devices called weed cannons.

The cannons do just what you’d expect them to, fire out cannabis smoke at a high speed and volume.

Following one weed cannon match, the venue became clouded to the point that Mike called an intermission to clear the air.

Mike commentated on Saturday’s matches from the announcers’ table with the evening’s guest of honor, WWE Legend The Godfather (Papa Shango).

The retired wrestler, who signed a new five-year deal with the WWE in January, had his Godfather Smoketrain thrower with him.

And he used it.

The Godfather also appeared on B-Real’s podcast on Friday before announcing matches at Saturday’s WrestleSesh.

With no official date or venue announced, Mike says another WrestleSesh is coming up in approximately one month.
