Marketing solution provider springbig has partnered with point-of-sale (POS) company COMBASE to launch a new dispensary loyalty program feature.

At the core of the new program is COMBASE’s KORONA POS system.

According to springbig, bidirectional integration enables dispensaries to award and apply customer rewards directly from KORONA POS stations.

Dispensary staff can also enroll new members at POS stations or use one of springbig’s enrollment tools.

Springbig says its marketing platform integrates seamlessly with KORONA POS and uses sales data to provide market segmentation data.

The company says integration allows dispensaries to run highly targeted and strategic campaigns to better connect with customers.

“KORONA POS is a distinctive and dynamic platform that has helped a variety of businesses, ranging from amusement parks to vape shops,” says springbig CEO Jeffrey Harris. “Launching this integration with KORONA POS will benefit merchants and customers alike. Merchants can build smarter, more innovative campaigns to reach consumers and elevate their business, while providing a better shopping experience and a more welcoming marketplace for consumers.”

Springbig says KORONA POS is an all-in-one solution that thousands of merchants rely on to grow and scale their businesses.

According to springbig, integrated features like advanced inventory and data reporting meet business owner needs across a range of industries.

KORONA POS can also assist businesses in keeping compliant through its Metrc-integrated track-and-trace system.

Springbig says KORONA POS is the first system to launch an integration feature with them.

In 2022, KORONA POS launched integrations with Greenline, Tymber, and Olla.

COMBASE CEO Till Frier says the ambition to provide small businesses with the tools for success drives KORONA POS.

“Our goals align perfectly with springbig as they remain committed to improving and simplifying the cannabis shopping experience across North America,” says Frier. “We are excited to see how our clients use this integration to build their businesses and connect with their patrons now and into the future.”
