Since 2010, California edible company Kiva Confections has built a solid reputation on its innovative and creative ingestible cannabinoid products.

The company has a knack for thinking outside the edible box and bringing some rather thoughtful cannabis-infused creations to market.

With past offerings like a Valentine’s chocolate Love Sauce and a Thanksgiving turkey gravy, Kiva’s reputation is well-deserved.

Today, Kiva announced a partnership with California-based burger chain Fatburger to bring the next edible masterpiece to the adult public.

Does anybody want a canndiment for their burger and fries?

Fry a Little Higher

Just ahead of 4/20, Kiva and Fatburger will release limited-edition THC-infused ketchup packets to elevate your next combo meal.

Someone tell Ice Cube.

“What a better way for cannabis fans to celebrate 420 than with a delicious, elevated munchies meal,” says Palmer. “And for the cannacurious to take their first dip into cannabis one fry at a time.”

Munchies meal shouldn’t be confused with another fast food chain’s brilliantly-marketed line of Munchie Meals.

Because the ketchup packets from the Kiva-Fatburger partnership contain 10mg of THC.

Cannabis is an avenue Jack has referenced many times but hasn’t traveled down yet with his in-the-box restaurants.

There’s no time like the present, Jack.

At least, that’s Kiva’s and Fatburger’s mindset.

“As the market leader in cannabis edibles, we’re thrilled to continue pioneering innovative, yet everyday products that pave the way for cannabis normalization,” says Kiva Co-Founder Kristi Palmer. “We can’t think of a better partner for this than our favorite West Coast burger chain. Though the partnership may seem unconventional, Fatburger and Kiva are both California-founded and beloved institutions.”

Kiva x Fatburger Infused Ketchup packets will become available on April 6 at participating Artist Tree and Sweet Flower dispensaries in Los Angeles.

Kiva says packets will be available for $5 while supplies last.

“Every year, we look to bring our own special flavor to the 4/20 holiday,” says Fatburger VP of Marketing Taylor Fischer. “Kiva was the perfect fit from a collaboration standpoint as they not only have an incredibly strong California fan base like Fatburger, but the quality of their edibles is unmatched in the cannabis space, similar to how we are viewed in the burger industry. Our special sauce will be sure to take the munchie game to a higher level.”
