I recently had the pleasure of sampling a Kantaloupe Cush (Hybrid) vape cartridge from the new Time Machine Greenhouse brand.

The brand is a product of Pacific Stone’s premium greenhouses along the Santa Barbara coast.

CannaGeek visited Pacific Stone in September to tour their greenhouses and report on the amount of care that goes into their cannabis cultivation.

A Contender in a Competitive Biz

It’s no secret that the cannabis industry has changed a lot in the last several years due to regulation.

I’ve had a hard time finding products on the dispensary shelves that have the quality content I remember from the good ol’ days.

If this vape cartridge is any indication, Time Machine products are out to change that.

I confess I had no idea about the company when I was first presented with this product for review, but the name had me intrigued.

Although it depicts a psychedelic sci-fi scene, it evoked a feeling of nostalgia in me.

Not to sound like too much of an old timer (I miss the old days, pre-regulation!), but lately I’ve been making a conscious effort to re-capture the feelings of joy and wonder that I remember before the world got so complicated.

This vape cartridge was perfect for that.

Liquid Nostalgia

As I removed the cartridge from its package, I was struck by the color of the mouthpiece.

Neon green, it made me think I’m about to partake of some mysterious substance that will power my time machine back to a period where life was simpler (before cannabis taxation?).

I took my first pull and enjoyed the mild melon flavor, easily holding the vapor in my lungs before blowing out.

I usually dissolve into a coughing fit, but not so with this cartridge.

The oil was smooth and did not burn my lungs.

I was pleasantly surprised at the effects, as well.

I felt buoyant, uplifted, and clear-headed for about 45 minutes before my high waned.

Usually I can get only ten minutes before need to take more hits.

I also sometimes get a letdown at the end where I feel worse than I did before partaking.

With this Time Machine Greenhouse cartridge, I felt great the entire time with no negative aftereffects.

Jump Forward One Week

In the week I tested it, I enjoyed it in nature at a local park, while cooking in my kitchen, and for general daydreaming.

The high quality of the cannabis used to make the cartridge is evident in the versatility of its use, as well as the overall improvement it brought to my well-being.

Incidentally, during that same period I happened to come across and watch Age of Adaline, about a 29-year-old Blake Lively who never ages.

I also read Waking in Time and Running Out of Time, time-travel themed novels by Angie Stanton.

I must have had time travel on the brain.

Time Machine carts hit retail store shelves this month, but if your local shop doesn’t have them, be sure to make a request.
